There are not article processing charges for production and publication, and all published articles are free to access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This allows anyone to copy and distribute the work for educational purposes as long as the original work and the source are properly cited. In the event of rework, transformation or creation from the original work, the modified material cannot be disseminated without authorization.

All articles are assigned with a DOI provided by CrossRef and they are preserved following the digital archiving policy in CLOCKSS.
